  • Payment Information: Billing details processed through Stripe (we do not store full payment card numbers)
  • Communications: Messages, feedback, and support requests

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you use our Platform, we automatically collect:

  • Device Information: IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers
  • Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, click patterns, and time spent on the Platform
  • Log Data: Access times, error logs, and referring URLs
  • Cookies and Tracking: Session cookies, authentication tokens, and analytics data

2.3 Information from Third Parties

We may receive information from third-party services you connect to your account, such as Stripe for payment processing and newsletter analytics platforms.

Writers' public profile information (newsletter details, pricing, niche) is visible to Sponsors. When a booking is made, relevant contact and transaction information is shared between parties.

4.2 With Service Providers

We share information with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf:

  • Stripe: Payment processing and payouts
  • Email Providers: Transactional email delivery
  • Cloudinary: Image hosting and optimization
  • Google (Gemini AI): Ad content analysis and fit scoring
  • Cloud Hosting: Data storage and infrastructure
  • Analytics: Usage analysis and performance monitoring

4.3 For Legal Reasons

We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or government request, or to protect rights, property, or safety.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. We may retain certain information for longer periods as required for legal, tax, or accounting purposes. Transaction records are kept for 7 years. You can request deletion of your account and personal data at any time.

Adsloty uses Google's Gemini AI to provide fit scoring, tone analysis, and performance estimation features. When processing ad requests, the following data may be sent to Google's API:

  • Ad request content (headline, body copy, call-to-action text)
  • Newsletter metadata (niche, general audience demographics, content themes)
  • Sponsor company name and industry category

The following data is never shared with AI services:

  • Subscriber email addresses or personal information
  • Payment or financial account details
  • User passwords or authentication credentials
  • Individual subscriber behavioral data

Google's data processing is governed by their privacy policy and terms of service. AI processing occurs in real-time and we do not store AI-generated analysis beyond the fit scores displayed in your dashboard.
